By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of Kenya.

Triple S Solutions is a value-added systems distributor headquartered in Nairobi, serving customers across Africa. We specialize in providing world-class security and technology solutions including:

  • Access Control Systems: Biometric readers, card access systems, and electronic locks
  • CCTV and Video Surveillance: Security cameras, recording systems, and remote monitoring solutions
  • Fire Safety and Detection: Fire alarms, suppression systems, and safety equipment
  • ID Card Printing and Credentials: Card printers, encoding solutions, and identification systems
  • Software and Workforce Management: Time attendance systems, security software, and management tools

We work with system integrators, resellers, and businesses to deliver the right technology for their needs, backed by expert advice, reliable supply, and ongoing support.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

  1. Provide Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, making inquiries, or placing orders.
  2. Maintain Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

  1. Pricing: All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  2. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in writing. For new customers, payment may be required in advance. We accept bank transfers, M-Pesa, and other payment methods as indicated on invoices.
  4. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, customs duties, and other government levies as required by Kenyan law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery Terms: We ship products to addresses within Kenya and across Africa. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors beyond our control.
  2. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are delivered in accordance with the Incoterms agreed upon in your contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  3. Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Warranties and Returns

  1. Manufacturer Warranties: Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Details are provided with each product and may vary by manufacturer. We will assist you in processing warranty claims but are not responsible for the manufacturer’s warranty fulfillment.
  2. Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
    • Products must be unused and in original packaging
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
    • Custom-configured or special-order items are non-returnable
  3. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@triple-s.co.ke for assistance with warranty claims or replacements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Triple S Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Trademarks: “Triple S Solutions” and our logo are trademarks of Triple S Solutions. Other product and company names mentioned on our website may be trademarks of their respective owners.
  2. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Triple S Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our website or services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any products or services purchased or obtained through our website

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triple S Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Kenyan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) rules. If mediation fails, the dispute may be referred to the courts of Kenya.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triple S Solutions regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
